Mayor Oscar Moreno recently happily announced a little milestone that may hopefully lead the city to nearly approach GCQ (General Community Quarantine) status.
With Cagayan de Oro City's improving Health Care Utilization Rate now at 64.02% which is a level classified under GCQ, the City Mayor remarked this update as a "small but meaningful victory".
Two other key indicators have also shown declining figures as the city’s two-week growth rate (2WGR) and average daily attack rate (ADAR) recorded -31% and 8.57%, respectively. (IAF/CIO)
