Key topics included Specimen Referral, Human Diagnostics, and Quality Assurance Programs. This was a unique opportunity to enhance our collective efforts towards strengthening One Health.

In the esteemed halls of J.R. Borja General Hospital's Laboratory Department, the Consultative Workshop for One Health, organized by the DOH Health Facility Development Bureau-Office for Health Laboratory, unfolded as a gathering of expertise and dedication. With support from the Department of Health, USAID, World Health Organization, DENR, Department of Agriculture, EPIC, and Northern Mindanao Medical Center, we did not just create a laboratory model; we shaped the future and redefined health security standards.
