All Obstetricians and Gynecologists shall have leadership roles in the following OB GYNE Programs and Committees

  • Antimicrobial Stewardship Program

  • Adolescent and Youth Unit for Development and Advancement

Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs)

JR Borja General Hospital Obstetricians ang Gynecologists shall use clinical practice guidelines whenever possible. If for any reason the CPGs are not used, a justification must be made.

Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) of the top 10 OB-GYN cases at JR Borja General Hospital shall be documented in the OB GYN CPG Manual.

Organizational Structure

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is under the Medical Division – Clinical Services. It shall be headed by a Department Chair and Vice Chair, with other positions created upon the discretion of the Department Chair and upon approval of the Medical Division Chief and the Chief of Hospital.

All units and/or sections shall have Heads who shall directly report to the Department Chair.
